Spring is here—but your fresh start begins now

Dear Friends,

Spring officially began this week—but here’s the wonderful thing: renewal isn’t limited to the calendar.

Yes, it’s the season of blossoming trees and fresh air, a time when the world seems to whisper, “You can begin again.” But one thing I’ve been reminding myself of is that I don’t have to wait for a new season to get a start fresh. Every single moment is a chance to begin again.

You’ve probably had one of those days where everything felt heavy—memories, regrets, or simply the stress of the week weighing you down. And then, out of nowhere, you paused. You took a breath. You remembered you’re here. Now. Not back there. Not out ahead. Just here. That’s a rebirth.

The present moment is always offering you a do-over. A soft invitation to drop what no longer serves you and step into the peace and power of now.

So if you’ve been feeling stuck or weighed down, take this as your reminder: new life isn’t just budding in nature—it’s blooming inside you too.

Try this: Take one slow, full breath in. As you exhale, imagine letting go of anything that’s keeping you in the past. Feel the space that opens within you. That space? That’s your new beginning.

Blessings,

Ryan Justin Jackson
