Where it all started
My path began at five years old when my mother taught me how to sit with my breath. That simple practice stayed with me, and over the years, I deepened my meditation study with world-renowned teachers like Thich Nhat Hanh, the beloved monk once nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
I brought those lessons of inner peace to my career in Corporate America, where I spent over 17 years as a communications executive and on-air talent for companies like Disney, AT&T, and Time Warner.
The moment everything changed...
One day, everything I thought I knew about life shattered.
My father died suddenly. I watched it happen right in front of me. He was my hero, my friend. And in an instant, he was gone.
On top of that, we were in the middle of a global pandemic, and the woman I thought I would marry left. I also had to support my mom during this time while working remotely. I couldn’t sleep. Couldn’t think. I had a high-profile career, a full calendar, a supportive circle—but I was drowning inside.
The world went on. But even with all my years of study around mindfulness and meditation, something inside me refused to move foward.

The shift that brought me peace
I tried to keep going. To work harder, look stronger, stay "productive."
But I was unraveling.
Somewhere deep down, I knew that I couldn’t think my way through this. I had to feel. I had to stop running. I had to return to something real.
That’s when I discovered heart coherence.
I could sit in silence, but it didn’t heal me — not until I dropped into my heart. It was only when I began aligning with that deeper intelligence inside — the wisdom of the heart — that things began to shift.
For the first time, I felt more than relief. I felt guided.
That realization changed the course of my life. I became a certified HeartMath coach, and today I teach this work to individuals, teams, and organizations who want to feel clear, calm, and powerful — no matter what life brings.

Through 1-on-1 coaching, workshops, guided meditations, and my upcoming book, I teach simple but powerful practices rooted in mindfulness, heart coherence, and emotional resilience.
