Ryan Justin Jackson...
is an author, speaker, and certified HeartMath® coach who helps people find peace, power, and purpose when life feels heavy or uncertain. Whether you're grieving a loss or just tired of holding it all together, Ryan offers a grounded path back to yourself.

His journey with meditation began at age five, when his mother taught him how to sit with his breath. Over the years, he deepened his practice with world-renowned teachers including Thich Nhat Hanh, the beloved peace activist once nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Ryan is also certified in the HeartMath method, a science-backed practice that helps people shift out of stress and into calm, clarity, and resilience. He uses its tools in both personal coaching and corporate workshops to help others regulate their nervous systems, build emotional strength, and lead with heart.

Before dedicating his life to healing work, Ryan spent over 15 years as a communications executive and on-air talent for major companies including Disney, AT&T, and Warner Bros. Discovery. That experience taught him firsthand how essential mindfulness, compassion, and self-awareness are in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
