Feeling stressed? Peace lives in the return

Dear Friends, Lately, I’ve been noticing just how often my mind drifts from the present moment. Even with years of meditation, study, and coaching others on the path, the practice still demands my full attention—again and again and again. I’ve seen it in those I coach, too. Many fall off the path not because they don’t care, but because they believe if they’re still getting distracted, still feeling anxious or lost, then something must be wrong.
